Come Home to Yourself

A Soft Place to Land. A Strong Place to Begin.

Hi, I’m Carlie.

I work with deep feelers, quiet rebels, and people who’ve been holding it all together for far too long.
My coaching blends intuition, presence, and deep listening to help you find your way back to yourself.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

Coaching with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're craving deep personal support, shared growth in community, or just a place to start gently—there’s a path here that meets you where you are.

  • Coaching with me is a space to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most—without needing to perform, apologize, or have everything figured out.

You might be managing life with chronic illness, navigating parenting challenges, feeling stuck in survival mode, or just sensing that something in your life no longer fits.

Wherever you are, we start there.

This work isn’t about fixing you—it’s about partnering with you to get curious, clarify your values, and move toward what feels more aligned and sustainable.
We focus on what’s next, what’s true, and what’s possible for you.

Sessions are virtual and paced to support your capacity, goals, and needs. You don’t have to do this alone.

  • Real human connection is harder to come by than ever. Most of us are stuck in survival mode—tired, stretched thin, and too busy to slow down long enough to be with each other. It’s not that we don’t care. It’s that the world doesn’t often give us space to remember how.

These coaching circles are that space.

They’re for people who are craving honest conversation, real community, and the chance to reconnect—with themselves and others.
They’re built on presence, empathy, and co-creation—not performance.

Each group explores themes like boundaries, self-trust, burnout, people-pleasing, and learning how to take up space as your full, messy, brilliant self. You don’t need to be “better” to belong—you just have to show up as you are.

This is about getting back to our roots.
It’s about rebuilding heart, empathy, and community—together.
    Because community isn’t just a nice-to-have.
    Community is survival.

  • Coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s not about giving advice or pushing you to do more.
It’s a partnership—a space to slow down, ask meaningful questions, and move with intention toward what matters to you.

Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we focus on the present and future—what’s true for you now, and how you want to move forward.
It’s action-oriented, yes—but also deeply reflective, intuitive, and grounded in who you are, not who the world told you to be.

You don’t need to come in with the answers.
You don’t need to be “high-functioning” or “all figured out.”
You just need to be willing to show up—with your questions, your hope, and your heart.

Coaching can be a powerful support alongside therapy or on its own, especially when you’re ready to explore aligned action, deepen your self-trust, or reconnect with your sense of self.

Please note: Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you're currently in crisis or navigating unresolved trauma, therapy may be a more supportive starting point.

Pause. Feel. Explore.

Blog & Reflections

These aren’t just blog posts. They’re pieces of my perspective—quiet truths, deep questions, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from living it.

If you want to get a feel for who I am, how I hold space, and what I believe about growth, belonging, and becoming—this is a good place to start.
