Group Offerings

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in community.

Whether you’re joining a circle to reflect in quiet presence or committing to a multi-week journey, these group offerings are built around one shared intention: to create space where you can show up as yourself, without judgment or pressure.

Each gathering invites honest connection, compassionate insight, and grounded support.
Some groups run as structured series. Others are more fluid. All are rooted in shared humanity.

This page is where you’ll find current group offerings and seasonal opportunities. If nothing is open right now, feel free to join the interest list or explore our Group Themes to learn more about what’s coming.

No groups currently open for registration.
You’re invited to join the interest list, and I’ll reach out when the next series or circle opens up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are groups held?
In-person groups are offered in Utah (Salt Lake, Heber Valley, or Park City area). I’m currently exploring welcoming, accessible spaces that feel more like a sanctuary than a classroom. Virtual options are also available for select offerings.

How many people are in each group?
Most groups are intentionally small—typically 6 to 10 participants—to foster intimacy, safety, and deeper connection.

Do I have to speak or share?
Nope. All sharing is optional. You are just as welcome to listen and reflect quietly as you are to participate aloud.

How much do groups cost?
Group offerings are usually priced on a sliding scale with pay-it-forward options. Pricing will be listed once registration is open.

Do I need to bring anything?
Nope. Just yourself.
Journaling materials and any needed supplies (like yoga mats, cushions, or blankets for grounding) will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer, but there’s no expectation. Come as you are.

What if I’m not sure which group is right for me?
You're welcome to contact me or book a discovery call. I’ll help you find what fits.
