Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Carlie.

Life coach. Quiet rebel. Wholehearted human.

I help people come home to themselves—especially those who’ve felt out of place in spaces that demanded they be smaller, quieter, or different than who they really are.

My coaching is holistic and intuitive, shaped by my lived experience as a parent to neurodivergent teens, a person living with chronic illness, and someone who’s navigated religious trauma and cultural expectations right here in Utah.

I work with people who are tired of holding it all together alone. People who want to soften, re-center, and live more truthfully—whether that means setting boundaries, exploring purpose, navigating transitions, or just remembering who they are underneath it all.

This isn’t about perfect routines or productivity hacks.
It’s about real-life support that honors your capacity, complexity, and culture.

I’m also a student coach-in-training through an ICF-accredited program, on the path to becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). That means I’m held to a clear code of ethics and committed to practicing with care, professionalism, and deep respect for your autonomy.

Coaching with me isn’t a one-size-fits-all service. It’s a relationship. A co-created space. A quiet transformation.

If that sounds like something you’re craving—you’re in the right place. 🖤
