Group Themes & Shared Spaces

Because healing isn’t just individual—it’s collective

The themes below are woven through the circles and coaching groups I offer.
Some are full series. Some are quiet drop-ins. All are invitations to reconnect—with yourself and with others.

These themes are born from lived experience, deep listening, and the longing we all carry for spaces that feel human, honest, and safe.

Collective Exhale

A space to pause. To soften. To breathe again.

Collective Exhale is for the ones who are tired of holding it all together. It’s not about fixing or striving—it’s about releasing. A place where you can land, be seen, and remember that you don’t have to do it alone.

This group centers community care and nervous system gentleness. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, caregiving, spiritual transitions, or emotional exhaustion, Collective Exhale offers a slower rhythm. A place to rest your mask. A space to just be.

Each session explores soft themes like identity, emotional fatigue, and reclaiming rest. This group is rooted in presence, not performance—and every voice is welcome, even the quiet ones.

Format:
In-person (Utah-based), 75–90 minutes, small group
Offered biweekly or seasonally
Virtual series may be offered occasionally
